MY STORY — THE HEART BEHIND WOMB WISDOM
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I spent years guiding women through pregnancy using classical wisdom, diet, routines, and Garbhasanskar. On the surface, everything often appeared normal.
Yet beneath it, I saw what medicine rarely addresses—quiet fear, unspoken anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and grief with no space to be held.
Some women conceived easily but felt unsafe within.
Others went through repeated IVF cycles, carrying deep heartbreak.
Many had everything “right” on paper, yet felt disconnected from themselves or their journey.
That’s when I realized:
~ Pregnancy is carried not only in the womb, but in the mind and emotions.
~ Ayurveda has always known this, but modern care often overlooks these layers.
~ Womb Wisdom was born as a response—a safe space where women don’t have to be strong all the time, where emotions are gently understood, and where the womb is supported emotionally as well as physically.

Here, pregnancy is honored as a sacred transformation, supported through:

My intention is simple:
